Secondary Program
The secondary program consists of two middle school grades (7-8) and four high school grades (9-12). Students in 7th grade have three of their five core subjects with one teacher who both starts and ends the day with them. This makes the transition from elementary school to middle school much more manageable. For other subjects, students move between classrooms to be taught by subject specialists in Bible, English, math, science, social studies, art, music, computer studies, PE, and Spanish. Students can choose from a variety of on-ground and online electives such as band, computers, advanced math, consumer math, or AP courses in English and history. Students who need support for math have access to modified courses that move through the high school material at a slower pace. The list of courses by grade for 2016-17 and 2017-18 can be found here: High School Program.
